Last date of receiving entries: 12th May 2022. 14th May : Reporting time at 13:00 pm & Events will start at 15:30 pm. 15th May : Events will Start at 6:30 am to 12:00 pm. NOTE : Entries must submit through online mode only. Athletes has to show events receipt for both events. Proof of Identity & Age, Clear copy need to be submitted/uploaded with the form (Proof scan formats - PDF, JPG only.) Those Athletes having AFI UID can upload there UID only. They do not need to upload there any other documents. All the fields of the entry form should be filled in capital letters. All fields are mandatory to be filed and Confirmed athletes after checking and validating all documents by the organizing committee will get the Bib No's. No change & No spot entries will be entertained during the Meet. *Receipt of entry confirmation & all original documents need to be shown at the time of Bibs collection. Rules & Regulations : 1. Eligibility: Athletes residing from birth and studying in Uttarakhand state since five years can only participate in the said championship. 2. Management: An Organizing Committee appointed by the Executive Committee of the UKAA will manage the Meet and Reserve the right to refuse an entry or cancel an event from the program or change the date/timing of any event(s). 3. (a). Organizing committee will only validate and approve by checking proof uploaded by the participants for age and residence. (b). If an athlete is found ineligible (age) he / she will be disqualified from the event. (No entry fees will be refundable in this case.) (c). All Athletes will have to take clearance from Age Verification Committee. The decision of Committee will be final. Athletes found over age will be debarred. 4. An athlete can participate in maximum Two events. In the Field Events only three attempts will be offered. 5. Individual Participant must ensure that they are physically and medically fit for participating in the Meet. UKAA will not be responsible for any mishap on or off the field. 6. Prizes: Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position holders after completion of their Events. E-Certificates will be provided online to the participants on their email ID.(While filling the form mention the correct Email ID. 7. Protests : Protests, if any, should be submitted to the Competition Secretary immediately after the event along with a fee of Rs 500/- only as Protest Fee. 8. Important Note : (a) If the number of competitors is less than three in any event, that event shall stand cancelled. Only selection trail will be done for the participants. (b) Athletes are required to carry UID & Photo Identity Card. (c) Decision of the Jury will be final and binding upon all. 9. Age Bracket Athlete should born on or before 14-05-2006 and in other words athlete age should be 16 years and above on dated 14-05-2006. 10.
